Company Doctor Program
Support for our staff goes beyond employment. We’re making healthcare accessible.
“Sustainability” also extends to lifestyle, in particular physical and social well-being. That’s why we make sure every member of staff at Kura has access to a company doctor in Uvita. For a nominal fee of just US$1.5 per month, all healthcare consultations are free of charge for them and their children.

From cross-training courses to internal promotions, every year we have staff success stories.
Most recently, our current Experience & Sustainability Coordinator worked her way up through Housekeeping and Guest Services. Our Manager’s Admin Assistant was promoted from Housekeeping after completing her economics degree.
For many of our staff members who simultaneously study at university, we make sure to accommodate their timetables with flexible working schedules.
